~Graduation
The Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, 8th Grade, and 12th grade have a graduation ceremony at Clovis Christian.
12th Grade Graduation Requirements:
All students are required to take 7 classes per day during freshmen, sophomore, and junior years. With the approval of the administration, seniors may take 5 classes per day. To qualify, a senior must have a 2.0 GPA with all the requirements scheduled to be met. Also, he/she is to be enrolled in a college course, or have secured an afternoon job.
A college-bound student should not consider taking less than a full academic load during the entire 4-year program at CCS. If a student lacks a required course for a specific college or university, that student may request a waiver to take courses at another local high school or college.
A letter will be sent to parents of seniors after the end of the third marking period identifying the academic and financial requirements before graduating ceremonies. Transcripts for colleges and universities can be completed at this time.
